Before creating your website, we need to understand your audience. A great way to do this is through focus groups. We can quickly gather video feedback to better understand your target audience’s likes and dislikes. Additionally, we can setup surveys to gather feedback from your existing users.

Personas

Your target audience will likely fall into one of several categories (for example, the “experienced buyer”, the “novice researcher”, or the “ready-to-engage executive”). We create persona documents to identify the traits and goals that your target audience has. We reference these documents throughout your project to make sure your website is always speaking to one or more of your personas.

Research

What are your competitors doing? How can you be better? What are the industry trends? We read up on your industry to better understand your company, your competitors, and your target audience.

Information Architecture & Wireframing

What are the ideal navigation items and page elements needed to effectively engage with your target audience? We create an information architecture document to define the organization of your website’s pages. We then create wireframes (black and white representations of each web page) to identify the key elements needed to work towards your goals. Think of your information architecture and wireframe documents as the blueprints for your new website.

Design

Your users will size up the legitimacy of your website in two seconds. Through several rounds of reviews, we’ll provide you with a design that attracts your target audience. We’ll apply this design to each page of your website, making sure that each page is working to achieve your goals.

Coding

We’ll code your new design to look right on all the major browsers and integrate your text and images into each page of the website.
